**Primary Confluence Filter:**
The indicator generates a confirmed signal only when two powerful momentum oscillators agree on the directional bias relative to the median market state:

1.  **MACD Signal Confirmation:** The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) signal line must be either above zero (for a Buy signal) or below zero (for a Sell signal), establishing the overall momentum context.
2.  **RSI Momentum Confirmation:** The Relative Strength Index (RSI) must concurrently confirm the momentum: above the 50 level for bullish signals, or below the 50 level for bearish signals.

**Signal Generation:**
