Taf: Dynamic Support and Resistance Analysis for MT4

📈 TRADING STRATEGY

Taf is a momentum-based indicator designed to automatically plot critical, short-term support and resistance lines directly onto your MT4 chart. It operates by identifying sequences of consecutive higher high/higher low (bullish) or lower low/lower high (bearish) bars. Once a minimum qualifying momentum count is met and then challenged, Taf marks the high or low of the previous swing structure. The Aqua line typically denotes resistance (marking the end of a previous bullish run) and the Yellow line denotes support (marking the end of a previous bearish run). This helps traders visualize market structure and confirm the boundaries needed for the next market move.

⚙️ SETTINGS AND PARAMETERS

BQUALIFY (Default: 2)
This is the core sensitivity parameter. It determines the minimum number of consecutive directional bars required to establish a valid prior momentum run. Higher values (e.g., 4 or 5) will plot fewer lines, focusing only on more significant trend segments. Lower values (e.g., 1 or 2) will increase sensitivity, plotting more dynamic short-term levels.
