Regular vs. Irregular Licenses

• Irregular License: This provides access to our premium Forex tools for multiple MT4 or MT5 account numbers owned by a single individual. It caters to traders managing multiple accounts or employing various trading strategies.

Important Note:

• Irregular licenses are strictly for personal use and cannot be shared or sold.
• To offer Irregular Licenses to others, join our exclusive Affiliate Program. This allows you to share our tools with clients or followers and earn commissions on their purchases.

1. License Grant

Dove Forex Markets, a leading developer of innovative Forex trading tools and solutions, including our proprietary Corporate Server Software etc.

Kindly note that while we have developed a wide range of powerful trading tools, some of the tools you may access here were not developed by us. We may have curated a selection of valuable tools available in the Forex market and provided an easy-to-use platform for accessing them. While we engage with many skilled programmers, it may not always be feasible to contact every developer or obtain direct access to their tools through their official channels.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement ("Agreement"), this license allows you to utilize the Services for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

1. User Obligations You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Services in a way that may harm, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with other users' access to the Services.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems or networks.

Termination

Dove Forex Markets reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dove Forex Markets does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dove Forex Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.   

Changes to the Agreement 

Dove Forex Markets reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.   

Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our country.
